1. Telematics & Geolocation Data Governance
Our systems process high-precision GPS coordinates, instantaneous vehicle velocity (km/h and mph), direction of travel, and satellite signal timestamps. Continuous tracking is exclusively enabled during active, assigned freight shipments to facilitate dispatcher monitoring, customer ETA updates, and Proof of Delivery (POD) validation.
2. Absolute Prohibition on Selling Personal Information
Konectlog does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or transfer personal identities, CDL numbers, driver phone numbers, or vehicle location trails to data brokers, ad networks, or commercial telemarketers under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).
3. TCPA & Meta WhatsApp Business Compliance
Users and drivers explicitly authorize automated dispatch messaging from our registered business number (+1 832-829-6726). We store message delivery statuses solely for audit trails and billing reconciliation.
4. Data Deletion Rights & Contact
